Recently stayed two nights at the courtyard in Marina Del Rey. It was just what we needed and the service level of the staff made it exceed my expectations of a courtyard. I travel frequently for work and stay at high end hotels and I was very happy with the hotel. It was clean and comfortable. We were traveling with two little kids and needed a crib and a roll away. They were both in the room and ready to go when we arrived late at night. Breakfast was good and reasonably priced. We also needed a late check out and that was not a problem.

The exceptional service/staff elevates the Courtyard Marina beyond the ordinary mid-level chain hotel.
Plus it's a really convenient location for the business traveler. Restaurants, shops, fedex without leaving the parking lot. Very comfortable, very easy stay and the combo of staff that is both efficient and also nice made the experience perfect.

TripAdvisor reviews were helpful in making our decision to stay at this particular Marriott property while in LA. It was conveniently located to the family wedding activities as well as the beach. There is a lot of commercial property in the immediate area making it easy to get something to eat (East Coast Bagel is around the corner and a great stop for breakfast). There are several grocery stores for late night snacks as well as other restaurants and shops.

We certainly would consider staying here again when in the area.

Stayed here for a night during our 20 day trip to the US.

We chose the hotel because ot is only a short drive from the airport.

There is nothing special to the surrounding area, everything looked safe and it was relatively quiet.
