I had specially picked out and booked a room for my honeymoon over 6 months in advance. Two days before the wedding I called to confirm the reservation and was informed that the room I had booked was now the residence of the new owners. Apparently they had "forgotten" to inform me. They did not apologize and to correct the problem all they offered was to give us a discount since we would be in another room. (The "discount" turned out to be the regular price for the other room after checking online). Unsatisfied a friend called back and politely let them know we were not happy with our room and asked if there was any way they could correct the error on their part that would fix the problem they had created. After several minutes of discussion the owner hung up on my friend who had called. Consequently we withdrew our reservation, and thankfully found another place to stay in Fort Bragg which turned out to be quite wonderful. I would suggest that if you are thinking about staying here, reconsider. The owners are rude and their behavior was inexcusable. I was absolutely shocked to be treated in such an awful way and especially from a B&B where the previous owners were very generous and caring.

The place was cold, noisy and damp. The innkeeper constantly complained about how expensive everything is and told guests to save water, heating and everything else. Breakfast was one notch above a 7/11 store. We had planned our anniversary carefully, but this was the absolute nightmare! STAY AWAY FROM IT!! Steve & Barb

We just got home from the best vacation I've ever had and it just happened to be my honeymoon! Our room was awesome, We have stayed on the coast a dozen times and we have now found our new home away from home. The beach,the food,the tub,the wine, the coffee Jean's breakfast...unbelieveable.
Not to mention I'm finally married to the most incredable girl on earth! Life is great!

This place is very deceptive! Looks nice enough from the outside but it's extremely noisy with constant flow of HIGHWAY traffic! Breakfast was nothing special, and the rooms are dark and uninteresting!! NO CHARM
