We stayed here on our way back to Los Angels from Kings Canyon, we needed a rest on the coast before the flight after all the driving. We were made most welcome by the lady who runs the facility and who puts in mega hours apparently from what I witnessed. The suite with three bedroom was very adqequate for our needs and at a good rate. The pools was a little cloudy but fine to swim in and surprisingly heated as well so it was OKI first thing in the morning and up until 10 at night which were the hours. Breakfast may be a mite sparce but within easy walking there are a number of places to eat which are right on the waterside who wants more in California. Eating establishments are good in this area especially if you like good fresh sea food.

We stayed here for a night on our way up the coast. The next morning, we moved on to a tour of Hearst Caste. We had a suite with three beds, each in its own very little little room. A few lightbulbs were burned out, and it would be smart to wear shoes while walking on the carpet so your feet don't turn black. The breakfast in the morning is a couple cereals, juice or coffee, and muffins sliced into quarters. If you're the brunchy type, don't count on being filled up. Overall, the place was adequate for our housing need and not too scary with the kids. If you want a great hotel, look somewhere else, but if you're looking for a low price and aren't too picky, this place is pretty good.

I stayed there for a night during a California trip. The motel is located only a short distance from the waterfront (not on the waterfront), staff was friendly and the room spacious (referring to motel standards) and clean. Furniture was in a good condition. The room had a seperate control for the temperature which was very good because it was cold outside. Too cold to try the outdoor pool. Complimentary breakfast offered which I did not try. Would definitely go there again.

We were surprised at the location and although no view of the ocean or bay it was around the corner and a block down to the Embarcadero.
Was very nice people running place and very helpful.
Room was a good size and very neat and clean.
Continental Breakfast was scarce on variety but adequate for a snack. Close to shops. Had Refridgerator and microwave.
