I've been coming to both Spa Gregories locations for about 2 years now and love coming here because I feel like I am at home!
Their front desk is very friendly and helpful when I call to book my appointments to the moment I arrive/checkout.
Over the years I have had tried many of their services from hair, facials, massages, to pedicures and everything has been wonderful keeps me coming back!!
I have enjoyed coming here alone and with my girlfriends and would highly recommend this Spa to you too! :)

Your first interaction with any company is the front desk. So I guess I should have cancelled right then and there since "Samantha" couldn't book my appointment on the first try. She called me 3 times to rearrange my appointment. Of course, you are suppose to arrive 10 minutes early to fill out forms, which I did. Then the front desk took me to the back waiting area where it looked like I was at Grandma's house.

The room had chatchke stuff everywhere and a CHEESY fake water fall. The decor is definitely not luxurious and you felt like they just crammed in chairs to fit in as many people as possible. The dim lights are a bad attempt in hiding the hideous furniture. Please, who are they trying to kid...this is newport.

My appointment didn't start until 20 minutes after my appointment time. When I asked about it, I was told that they messed up my time and I was down on the sked for 11 am and not 10:45 am. That really irritated me since Samantha called me the day before to confirm.

Erin was my service provider and I mentioned that it was 11:05 and instead of apologizing she retorted, " my watch says 11:03". Her own clock hanging on the wall read 11:05, and she got really sassy when I pointed it out.

Ok, so enough of the background and on to the actual wax. I have been waxing for 10 years and not brazilian, regular bikini wax. It was very uncomfortable since Erin already made the situation awkward and continued to be hostile. At the end of the appointment she told me that there was a little bit of wax left. She left a warm towel, a bottle of rosemary oil, and another ointment. She told me that the oil would remove the rest of the wax and for me to apply the other ointment so that my skin would be less irritated.

Now, I have NEVER in my life had someone tell me to do my own "clean up" at the end of an appointment. Isn't that why I'm paying to have this done?

I felt down below and there was a ton of wax, and no the oil did not dissolve it. I was painfully ripping the wax off my body.

DO NOT GO FOR WAXING! THEY ARE RUDE, OBNOXIOUS, AND UNPROFESSIONAL.

Not only did I get a great massage, but the quiet room was pretty amazing. No rushing, everything was clean, cucumber water was plentiful. The massage itself was terrific, nice calming music and good lighting. People generally seemed happy to be there, and in a good mood. Didn't try the food, but the locker room was extremely clean and the robes were luxurious

I thought Spa Gregories was one of the best spa experiences I have ever had. The staff is very attentive and courteous, the ambience is quite relaxing and the massage was the best I've ever had. I will go back.
