We arrived a bit weary from LAX. We were blown away with this hotel.

The guy on the desk was wonderful, and suggested some top places to eat...and there were chocolate chip cookies for me to eat whilst I was checking in!

He even moved us to a ground floor room, as I am not very able to walk up stairs.

Loved the room, looks like it was recently refurbished. It smelled really fresh and clean.

The bathroom products were good quality (Neutrogena), and the bath room was well set out and bright.

The bed was super comfortable and the TV was well positioned for viewing.

All in all, a really great place to stay, only shame was we only had one night there, but next time we are passing through LA, we will definately make time to come back!

This small hotel is fantastic! It has a great location. The rates are very reasonable. When we checked in the desk clerk had just finished baking chocolate chip cookies! He took us on a short tour of the hotel. There is a kitchen that you can use anytime. It's stocked with cereal, milk, juices, microwave popcorn, etc... The beach is right across the street. The hotel has complimentary beach chair, and toys. The room was very clean and comfortable. We were happy just hanging out in our room but there is far too much to do in Newport! We will be sending all of our friends here! You must ride bicycles around town, it's so much fun!

Loved the property location near work site, beach and great restaraunts. Rooms are clean and the staff's' wonderful...Will come back in future when working in Orange County Area California....
