We stayed at the Deer Haven Inn and Suites for two nights because they offered the cheapest rates ($75 a night through Travelocity).
We weren't sure what to expect, but the people in the office were very nice and the room was large and pretty clean. We had a room with a King bed. The bathroom needs updating and the rug and bedspread could use replacing and there were some smudges on walls that could have been wiped off, but we didn't feel uncomfortable there.
We stayed in room 107, which has a fireplace that we enjoyed.
The biggest issue I had with the room was that you can hear it every time someone else in another room runs water or flushes the toilet. And if anyone is standing near your door and talking, you will hear them.
The rate included a free continental breakfast which consisted of oatmeal, dry cereal, fruit, bagels and muffins, milk, coffee, juice, tea. It wasn't too bad. There is no place to eat the food, however, you have to bring it back to your room.
While we were in the office picking up our breakfast, we heard another guest complaining about some trash outside that hadn't been picked up and also about a malfunctioning curtain.
Overall, I might spring for a nicer hotel next time, but this hotel works if you are just looking for a basic place to stay.
