We love the Inn at Southbridge, this was our second stay. Friendly staff, very clean rooms, contemporary design, great location, spacious rooms, cool spa, and a pretty good rate for Napa. We couldn't have been happier.

Stayed for a week at the beginning of August in 2006. Was pretty hot (mid- to upper- 90s) but the hotel was very nice. Staff was very friendly, helpful & professional. Breakfast was basically continental style but all of the pastries (made locally) and fruit were fresh and very good. Very few rooms in the hotel so you never really see anybody other than staff. Spa is literally 10 feet away and recommended. Hot rocks massage & honey glow were our choice and definitely enjoyed. Tra Vigne is a local restaurant (actually two restaurants - one is a pizzeria and the other is a very good regular restaurant) within about 30 seconds walking distance. One winery is right there as well, although the others in the area are about half a mile away. Definitely won't hurt for wineries within a few mile range and almost all are open 10-6 and don't require any appointment so don't worry about that. Yountville is a quaint town about 10 minutes away, worth walking around in on a nice night to just relax. Would definitely stay again and do recommend it to others.

We stayed at the Inn for 3 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were large and clean. A really nice buffet breakfast was provided every morning and it was very good. There is a very nice spa right next door which was terrific. I would recommend the hotel for a short stay.

Having stayed or at least looked at the major hotels in the Napa Valley, The Inn at Southbridge is one of the best. Clean and very well decorated rooms with fireplaces andcomfortable beds. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Not cheap, but much, much nicer then similar hotels such as Villagio and The Vintage Inn. The combination of quality and location is hard to beat. Located within walking distance of the shops and restaurants of St Helena and in close proximity to many of the major wineries. The rooms are very pleasant and well appointed and a very nice if simple continental breakfast is served daily. The pool and spa are great. No significant negatives with the possible exception of some road noise if you stay in the rooms on the west end of the hotel or over the attached restaurant. Overall a real find in the Napa Valley.
