I stayed here for 3 nights - after reading these reviews I was a little nervous. However, the desk staff was extremely pleasant and helpful - English was not the staff's first language- but isn't that what makes this country great? Get with the program , people .

The continental breakfast was much better than other national chains that I have stayed in for more money.

The room was not huge or high fashion - but was absolutely spotless - including the bathroom. Bed linens were clean and crisp every day.

Not too noisy -I think that sounds carry because of the geography. There was more noise from the hotel next door.

Most Importantly - it is a 5 minute walk from the beach!! I would stay there again without hesitateion

Good location. Only stayed 2 nights, but easy to get around, ample parking. Free breakfast had more variety than a typical Days Inn. Room was clean, comfortably slept 4 adults. A good place to stay if you plan to spend most of your visit out sightseeing. I would stay again.

Arrived late in Santa Barbara. Very basic room. Bed was not very comfortable and the bathroom was the worst I've ever encountered for the price. It was small and dingy. The saving grace was that it was clean. Pretty what you would expect for a Days Inn motel. On the plus side, it served a complimentary continental breakfast (basic too) and it had free wireless internet access.

You can do better,
Overpriced, Dirty, Thieves.
First, my daughters clothes were stolen from the room while we were at the beach. The man at the desk, could care less. I am not sure he even understood me.
Next, Opened up the bedsheets to find hair on the sheets, YUK.
Then, power went out for 4 hours. If you need a blowdryer, you know what an inconvenience that is.
Next, All rooms on same day different prices. Ranging from $88-$210? WTF? How do I know... all guest information on computer right in front of you. There are many, many other budget friendly hotel/motels in the area.
