If there is one review you read, it must be this one. This was the single worst experience I have ever had. Our initial room had a horrific indescribable odor and the TV picture quality was so dark you could barely see the picture. The TV's have universal remotes and the menu button on the TV didn't work so the picture couldn't be adjusted. We immediately requested a change of room, which unfortunately only made matters worse. The second room also had the same intense odor, the TV was downsized to a 19” that was so low, if you were lying in bed, your feet would block the view. The walls are so thin that every time the other guests entered or left their rooms, when the doors shut our walls would shake. This kept us up over half of the night. We barely got any sleep. And finally, there was a hole…yes an actual hole in the tub! Taking a bath was definitely out of the question. Now, don’t get me wrong, I know the old saying, you get what you pay for. I knew the rates were low, but this was beyond awful. We ended up checking out early and staying at another hotel for the rest of our trip, even though we knew that we could possibly lose our money, since we had prepaid through another travel website. Sure enough, the staff was completely unsympathetic to our concerns, didn’t even bother to ask why we were checking out early. When I explained why we were leaving, the blank expression I received from the employee behind the counter said it all. And of course offering to reimburse us was completely out of the question. We took a hit, don’t you! We've stayed in other Quality Inns before. This one is without a doubt a Quality NOT!!!

Planned a family reunion and Colorado springs was the most convenient location for all involved. The staff at the Quality Inn was more than helpful to accomodate all our needs. All families involved had children and the breakfast was very kid friendly. The rooms were very clean and the housekeeping staff was great.
Will definitely visit this location again. Loved it!

We had a fantastic stay here. The value was terrific for a family. Since we were traveling with kids it was great to stay in the suite and have 2 bathrooms. The breakfast was wonderful, the room was spotless and the front desk staff could not have been more helpful. They gave us great recommendations for dining out and provided easy directions to all. We loved the fact that the hotel is so close to area attractions, Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak. Once again, the staff provided us with easy to follow directions.
We plan on visiting the area again this spring and have already booked our stay at the Quality Inn and Suites. We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends. Can't wait to take advantage of the outdoor pool.

I needed a place over the Christmas holiday for a family get together. The hotel was willing to give me a great rate and provided one of their meeting rooms at a very low cost since they were not busy this week for a small family gathering. The front desk staff helped with some recommendations for local restaurants which provided discounts for their guests (we got 20% off at the Black Eyed Pea restaurant) which we were able to walk over to from the hotel. I used their workout facility a few times. The breakfasst was more than adequate. My only complaint was that they did not have a indoor pool for the kids. We will have to return during the summer months to use their outdoor pool.

We appreciate the hospitality we got and will always remember being treated well during the holiday season.
