The lobby is nice, very clean and updated. The whole hotel has gone under a remodel so things are new, clean and nice. Smells good too. It was a good price. Now the bad things ...
Parking is horrible. The spots are very small that my car would barely fit in them and my car is not huge (midsize).
Every time I came to the desk (besides to check out) I had to wait at least 5 minutes or so to get someone. Hardly anyone there.
I checked in at midnight after my wedding and by 2am I had complained that the jacuzzi leaked - it leaked all over the tile floor. They offered to move me but it was way to late to do anything. They did not even offer to have maint. come up and fix it.
The tv remote had to be reprogrammed almost every time I tried to use it.
I was told that I could hook a dvd player to the room tvs for entertainment and it never once worked, it would hook up but that was it.
I addressed these concerns with management the day I checked out and she was nice but all she could say was sorry, i was misinformed by a new employee and that they would get mainenance to fix the tub. Never got a discount or anything. Kind of annoying with the few problems but it was a nice hotel to stay in. I just wish something more would have been done about the problems I experienced.
The jacuzzi rooms have a window right next to the tub and there is no curtain for it.
