I booked a stay at this hotel with a flight/hotel/rental car package. Our stay at this hotel for 3 nights was great! The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Felt very safe here and has a homey feeling with the kitchenette in the room, laundry room available with complimentary washers and dryers, honor system mini-store with snacks, canned goods, toiletry items, etc. for reasonable prices (you pay as you go, or at check out), etc. Highly recommend!

Candlewood Suites DTC is wonderful place to stay with a feeling of home. Staff are very generous & hospitable. Free VHS rentals. kitchenette & dining supplies are handy. rooms are clean & welcoming. Free laundry facility & nice "little" snack store with amenities in Candlewood suite is convenient & well priced.

I had stayed here twice for a total of about a month. They had lost power twice for a few hours at each time for reasons un-known. The hotels and establishments across the street etc all had power both times. Other than that, the rooms were pretty clean, friendly staff and for the most part a satisfying stay. If you dont mind getting shut in the dark on occasion - i would recommend it.
