We booked a suite for me, my husband, son, and mother to stay in, with the hope that the suite would give us all some extra space/privacy. Well, it was technically just one big room with a "wall" (it didn't even go all the way up to the ceiling) separating the bedroom from the living room area.
There were no pillows for the pull-out bed. We asked for a crib (which they confirmed upon check-in) but we never saw it - which we had decided wasn't a big deal - I'm sure they would've brought us one if we had called them about it.
We requested early check-in, which I understand isn't always available, but the front-desk kept giving us times that we could come back to check in at and we would, but the room was still never ready.
Speaking of the front -desk staff - none were very friendly. It seemed to be a busy time, but when we were treated rudely on two separate occasions.
The positives: the room was clean, the breakfast buffet that was included with the "suite" was decent, and there was a nice patio area to sit outside and have a drink.
The location wasn't great - not much within walking distance, but there was a SuperTarget across the street, which was convenient and it is a short drive to the Cherry Creek district.
Don't bother with reserving a suite - it would be just as costly and probably more efficient to just get two rooms next to each other, if they can accommodate that.
