I recently stayed at this hotel since I had business appointments south of Denver.
The hotel is located about 25 minutes from downtown Denver, so if proximity to the city is important, skip this hotel. The hotel is in the middle of the tech center, a large office park. I arrived on a Sunday afternoon and the surrounding area was deserted.
The hotel is nice. The hotel has a nice exercise area with a decent selection of cardio equipment. There is a nice pool area connected to the workout room along with a hot tub. The water in the hot tub was the hottest I've experienced.
The hotel has a nice restaurant and a sports bar. I ate at the restaurant and the food was good. There was also a coffee bar in the lobby which served breakfast foods and snacks if you do not want to go to the restaurant. There is also a nicely stocked gift shop in the lobby.
The room was nice, if not a little dated. The bed was very comfortable. The only complaint that I have is that there does not seem to an adequate supply of hot water in the bathroom. The water from the sink only got lukewarm - makes shaving difficult. Also, the water in the shower never got hot - again, only luke warm - and started to get cold after a few minutes. The hotel was not very full, so there is no excuse for not having hot water.
All in all, the hotel was ok. Nothing really special. I might try the Marriott which is nearby if I have to stay in the area again. Can't deal with the lack of hot water.
