We've been here twice, and service was poor both times. We ordered chicken fajitas for two both times but first time they came out significantly better.
I suspect that they didn't come out so well the second time because we came just after the dinner rush and our waiter was busy cleaning up the dining room the whole time. On that occasion, the fajitas came out not sizzling, but rather barely warm. The rice and beans were virtually inedible; both were cold and mushy. I asked for corn tortillas, which took an extra 5 minutes, and they were minuscule. I could hardly fit a piece of chicken in them. After the meal, I visited the restroom, which they had just sprayed down completely with sanitizer. I spent only a few minutes in there yet I still broke out in hives and smelled like the spray for the rest of the night. They still had 15 minutes until they closed, yet they were mopping up part of the restaurant (so it smelled like mop instead of food), taking out garbage, and cleaning the bathrooms. It's no wonder the service suffered; the waitstaff was all preoccupied with getting out quickly.
Last, on a third occasion when we tried to visit the restaurant, we called ahead to get on the list. They told us on the phone it would be 30 minutes. When we got to the restaurant 20 minutes later, they told us it would be an additional 40 minutes. For a table for two. Unacceptable.
