Looks like my review will be the first slightly negative opinion of this hotel, but there are a couple of things to watch out for. It was hit and miss with the front desk staff. Yes they were always friendly but sometimes lacked in professionalism. We were checked in by a woman dressed in street clothes and a baseball cap who unfortunately was focused on her screaming toddler, instead of us. We weren't given the usual info about the facility normally given when checking in. Another incident occurred when I asked for a wake-up call but I didn't receive it. Please pack your own alarm clock if you need to be somewhere early. The breakfast bar was extensive, but I noticed that they quickly ran out of hot foods and coffee creamer, so if you like a big breakfast get there early. My compliments do go out to the lady who worked the breakfast room. She always had a friendly welcoming smile and was most apologetic when items ran out.
Apart from these instances everything else was lovely. It was very quiet and I thought the room was very clean and modern.
