The biggest disappointment was what the previous poster stated. The master suite isn't near the ocean so you can't hear the waves at night. I wouldn't have booked here if I had known that. My wife and I were thinking of trading places with our teenage son and letting him sleep in the master bedroom while we slept on the pull-out couch so we could hear the ocean but after feeling the couch bed we decided our backs were more important than the ocean sounds. The bathrooms were so outdated that we couldn't even slide open the shower doors. I had to pick them up off of the rails and move them. Being by the beach you'd think the place would have a broom to sweep up the sand from the tile floors, nope none available. The office hours are like 9-12 on weekends, I never even saw an office worker until I was getting ready to check-out. There was no office area for printing out our airline boarding passes. They told me to use the library down the street. We used the library printer and what a deal it was only 10 cents per page. The pool and spa were very nice, water temps were great. The views of the ocean were outstanding and the living areas and kitchen were nice, however the beds in both rooms and both bathrooms were bad enough to make this only a two star facility for us. I would stay somewhere else if back in the area.
