The most difficult aspect of the Hotel is to find it. It's well hidden on a small frontage road adjacent to the main road (Ulmerton). It's location well off the main road makes for a peaceful setting and although it's in close proxmity to the airport, the hotel was well insulated and I didn't hear any aircraft. Room was spacious & well appointed for the business traveler with a free high speed Internet connection (but no Wi-Fi) - bring your own ethernet cable. The Pay TV also offered a web browsing & email capability for $10.95. Room service was offered with a nice menu but it turned out to be a local restaurant that delivered the very average tasting lukewarm meal (with extra small drink cup) in plastic bags & containers. Other than room service, I had an enjoyable stay and was well rested for my business apppointments.

The Courtyard has had a complete refurbishing of all guest rooms and public areas. Very good mattresses make for an excellent nights sleep. Staff was efficient on check in and departure. Good location for businessmen who need access to Interstate 4 and other highways.
