As soon as entered the room I knew I couldn't stay there. It stunk and there were burn holes in the couch. It felt dirty and really gave me the creeps. Don't waste your time or $$ here.

My family and I stayed here for a few nights whilst touring Florida. Expected it to be slightly nearer the beach and not on a such a busy road!
The reception area was pleasant and the receptionist was very helpful giving us locations to the beach and supermarket. The room was not what we expected from a Best Western Hotel, furnishings were dirty, the room was dark and noisy and there was a rather strange smell.
Breakfast was okay for the money,nothing special.
The pool never looked clean as it was always full of leaves and dirt from the garden area.
After we left the hotel we noticed we were missing a pair of shoes which had been out in the room during our stay. We contacted the hotel several times, leaving messages and our contact number but they never bothered to get back to us!
Very disappointed in the hotel and wouldn't want to go back. Have stayed in many Best Western but this certainly isn't one of their best.

This hotel has the potential to be a great place to say if the management or owners chose to pay attention to the needs of the traveler. The internet did not work well, the hotel sports bar is a joke. (went there to watch the NFL playoffs and had to ask the bartender to change the televisions from Cops to the playoffs.) The restraunt is not serving on the weekends and when opened is understaffed. The biggest problem is the hotel management.This hotel is staffed with employees that just does not care about its customers. While in line to inquire about room service that I did not get for two days, there were four other people filing complants about other problems with the hotel's personal. On the positive side the building is not in bad shape. I had a business suite that other than the internet not working was a good room. The pool area was nice and the grounds kept neat. To bad about the staff, maybe the ownership
will step in and make changes .

This hotel has some potential but we were given a smoking room without internet access when we booked a non smoking room with internet access. I had booked a business travelers room which was more expensive than some other options with the understanding those rooms would have internet access. Since the place was filled we were not able to get another room and no adjustment to our bill was offered. They did allow us the choice of checking out without a charge but we were pressed for time so we opted to stay put.

The layout of the suite was pretty standard but the room could use some updating. Besides the room having the smell of smoke the bathroom had an offending odor as well. The room had a balcony but it was small and there was no access to it as the sliding was screwed shut.

There were some positives, however. The location is next to Rt. 95 which is great if your there on business and were not looking for easy access to beach. The grounds were reasonably kept and the pool area looked inviting. There is a full service restaurant on the property that advertised a happy hour that seemed tempting. The hotel is in a business park so that its for restaurants in walking distance. There is a shuttle to the beach area which has several dining choices.
The room was quiet and the bed was ok. There is a Comfort Suite that shares the same parking lot and appears to be owned or managed by the same company. It may be a less costly alternative.
