Great place to stay. Close to Everglades and Key LArgo and Miami. The front desk is fantastic. Rooms are newly done and large.

We stayed at this hotel one night on our way to the Keys.
People at the front desk were very helpful and kind: cold water and pop corn seem to be given to everyone upon arrival.
Room are clean, and include microwave, fridge, and hair dryer as well as iron.
We were surprised by the very good breakfast which included fruits, yoghurts, cereals and toasts, as well as eggs or hamburgers if you wanted.
Definitely we recommend this hotel.

During the previous week my wfe and I had stayed in several hotels in Coconut Grove, Key West and Key Largo. When we arrived at the Florida City Travelodge, we were met by "Sunny Patel", the General Manager. He greeted us with a smile and imediately made us feel like he wanted our stay to be special. He pointed out all the amenities of the property. Sunny was a marvelous concierge and his staff went above our expectations in making our stay a memorable one. Sunny took the time to help us plan and even provided discount coupons for nearby sight seeing and eating establishments. The included breakfast menu offered many choices. In 40 plus years of traveling, we have not experienced this "great" service.

Only stayed one night but found the accomodation excellent.
The staff were courteous and very helpful. We enjoyed the stay.
There are lots of "iffy" places in Florida but this was good.
