Rooms were great. Nicely renovated including the heavenly bed. The hallways, doors, main foyer, etc. have NOT been renovated and are very dated and in rough shape. Location is VERY corporate. There is nothing close by except the i95 (you're literally ON the highway!). The food is very overpriced for what you get: sub-Denny's quality for Westin prices!

“Excellent choice for business or pleasure”

Selected hotel due to location and was extremely pleased. Room on the 12th floor that must of been refurnished as it was very up-to-date. Room was very clean. As a business traveller, lots of desk room and wireless in room, lobby and lobby bar. There was a secluded outdoor pool and jacuzzi. Would recommend hotel to both the business traveller and family that doesn't need to be on the beach.

“So disapointing”

This is my second visit to this hotel for business, and this trip is more disapointing than the last. In a nutshell, this hotel is nowhere near par for a Westin. The service is not up to Westin standards. They have somewhat recently renovated the rooms, but the renovation seems incomplete. For instance, the heavenly beds and flatscreen TVs are neat, but the beat up old doors and chipped, rusty bathtubs are just a shame. The building has zero soundproofing from outside noise. Even on the 11th floor in February I could hear traffic from the interstate rush by. Today, from the 7th floor, I hear even noise from the poolr (loud voices) and parking lot (car doors, etc.) The views overlooking the trailer park bordering the property are "interesting", too. All in all, this hotel is not the jewel of the SPG (Starwood Preferred Guest) crown.

I got a deal on priceline for $116 a night and ended up at the Westin. Overall, an average stay. The hotel is being updated if I understood correctly. I used the pool and both times, clean towels ran out causing guests to scurry around looking for more. The hot tub didn't appear to work properly- minimal bubbles even when it was "on." Service at the lobby bar was fine, the bartender was efficient. My drink was nice and the price wasn't bad. Under $7 for a mixed drink.

Location as others noted wasn't super, but with a car I had no issues. Overall, I would have liked a newer looking hotel, but for a few nights it wasn't bad.

The service was so bad I thought I was on candid camera.

First, the lobby was full of workers, but I had to wait almost 10 minutes and needed to ask someone to park the car and unload my belongings.

Second, one of my bags was too heavy for the person to remove from my car, so I had to lift it out for him. I felt bad; he was an older person working there (probably my grandfather's age).

Third, the older man saw the same person acting condescending towards someone on the phone.

Forth, we go to the room and someone was already in the room. I had to go back down to the lobby and get an unoccupied room.

Fifth I needed a non smoking room king and got a two queen beds in a smoking room.

The house keepers were very sweet, but did not speak English.

This is the poorest run hotel I have stayed with. The building is nice and the beds are great, but that is all they have.

I do not plan to stay here again.
