Second time staying here and it was just terrific. The staff couldn't be better, the rooms are nice and clean, and the location is perfect - right on Ft. Pierce Inlet. They have a nice pool and hot tub and most importantly, a dock and boat slips. The other guests have always been great - a sort of upscale but laid-back crowd that is there to enjoy themselves.

Please visit this delight of a hotel. You won't be sorry. I am a stickler for good service and THE SANDHURST HOTEL met all my expectations. Breakfast, Housekeeping, Front Desk Staff...all wonderful.

Would highly recommend this hotel! They are outstanding on everything they do. The staff is well trained, caring and helpful. The grounds are well cared for. Each room has a view of the water and the boats passing by. The dock is an extra bonus. We didnt travel with a boat, but wish we did. When we return next time. The sunrise and setsets are beautiful. The breakfast was very nice and the fresh cookies in the afternoon are a nice touch.
They are small pet friendly, which is great for us. Can't wait to go back.

My husband and I stumbled on this hotel and ended up staying for a week instead of just one night. The staff were most helpful since we didn't know anything about the area. Our room was perfectly clean and the housekeeping staff were so accomodating. We loved being able to sit out on our balcony and watch the ships come into the marina. The continental Breakfast was the biggest I have ever seen in a hotel and delicious as well. The cookies in the evening were such a delightful treat. I even learned to fish out on the dock. Now we won't stay anywhere else when we go to the area...we've been spoiled! Everyone should be so lucky to stay at this wonderful treasure of a hotel.
