Nice room, very clean. Comfortable king bed with many pillows, couch, large flat screen TV, desk, microwave, refrigerator. We were on the third floor and had a balcony from where we could see the ocean.

Free breakfast is just so-so - rubbery pancakes, no fruit that we could see, weird looking prefab eggs, etc.

Pool is nice, though a little small. The beach is a very close walk, maybe 10 minutes. Very nice, clean beach that is not overly crowded.

After our first shower, the tub faucet would not turn off. I called maintenance and was a bit disconcerted at first to reach a machine. But I left a message describing the problem and stated that we were getting ready to head out for the day so perhaps they can fix it while we're gone. Someone was there before we even left, and when we returned the faucet was fixed and we had no further problems!

Definitely recommended - there is a grocery store down the road where you can get basics for the refrigerator and microwave if you don't want to eat out all the time.

Pro:
- The ocean is just one block away.
- Altough somewhat older the hotel seemed to be well maintained.
- We had a 2 bed executive which was nice and spacious and had a small balcony.
- They have a nice pool area in the center plus a little gym with cardio machines.
- They have a cooperation with a fitness center in the neighbourhood which is very nice and free of charge.

Con:
- From most of the rooms you will not see the ocean. From few rooms you will have a sideview on the ocean in the distance.
- The bathrooms are very small.
- The doors to the corridors normally need your key card to open but the door to our corridor did not lock.
- On our balcony was the A/C outlet of the next room.
- All housekeeping staff we saw seemed completely umotivated, turned away when we passed by or simply ignored us.
- Cleaning of our room was insufficient.
- The breakfast room was far too small for all guests.

As the title implies, we found this hotel through a winning Priceline bid of $130/nt during the last week of Spring Training. The hotel was absolutely "priceLESS". Overall, it was extremely clean, well organized, and well staffed. The location providing access to Jupiter (we were also diving during the trip) and Roger Dean Stadium for baseball was perfect, with a few decent restaurants virtually 5 minute walks away from the hotel. There was also a CVS directly across the street for any of your shopping needs.

The room we received over looked the pool (I had read on a previous post that the ocean view is of the ocean through the trees, and not worth the extra $). We also were on the second floor with a balcony to put out our gear to dry (perfect). Again, the room was spotless and roomy. Beds were comfortable and the pillows marked as 'firm' or 'soft' to make your bedtime even easier.

The breakfast was very good. Pancakes, bacon, scrambled eggs, biscuits/gravy ... along with cereal, yogurt and toast available. The staff promptly stopped stocking the containers at 9:30 ... so don't be late.

Check-in & out was uneventful and efficient.

Tips: there is a microwave in the room ... go to CVS for snacks if you like. Also, there is an ice machine and bucket available. A liquor store is across the street (next to the Thirsty Turtle Restaurant), so grab a bottle of rum and soda to mix in your cups (that you brought or bought ... the cups provided are small plastic cups).

Overall, spectacular stay and very impressive. If we can negotiate a similar price next year, this is our first choice for Spring Training or scuba diving stays.

Room tip: Pool view ... second floor.

I try to stay at nothing but Holiday Inn Expresses. We had a suite and it was awesome. There were two rooms. The entertainment room had two love sits, two wing chairs, three lamps, a work desk, a sitting table, TV, microwave, and a refridgerater. The bedroom had a king bed, TV, three lamps, and a wing chair. The bedroom had french doors to close to the sitting room. Both rooms had patio doors that went to one patio.

The place was spotless, bright, staff very friendly, breakfast was the basic fare but hot and available.

TIPS:
Go to tthe Hurricane cafe for dinner. It was very good. If you go before 6 you get the early bird specials. It is just across the street and I would walk there if we would go again.

Go to Google maps and search on the hotel. You can see where you need to go to get to the beach. It is very close, just a short walk. The beach is not for walking on. The sand is very soft and 4-6 inches deep making it very difficult to walk on. We also saw lots of seaweed and jellyfish on the shoreline. It is a good place though to watch the sunrise.
