My wife, myself, and our two sons (age 5 and 3) stayed at Jupiter Beach Resort for 2 nights while attending a wedding in Palm Beach. We were willing to spend the extra money for this resort due to the advertised beautiful beach and heated swimming pool. The beach has been completeley eroded so ignore photos of the beach. The pool heater was broken and it seemed there was no activity to repair it. There was just enough sand and reef to walk on along the beach, and the resort has beach chairs which you can see, but they are locked up. There were no staff members available to unlock the chairs for us. I asked 6 staff people around the pool area how I can get some beach chairs and nobody had any idea, nor could they direct me to someone who did. Sinclair's bar at night was excruciating - each night the bartenders were PAINFULLY slow to a comedic point. Indeed it appeared they were bumbling back there on purpose. When a customer commented at the unendurable wait for a drink, and the bartender overheard her, he refused to acknowledge her presence for the rest of the evening and others had to get drinks for her. The rooms are beautiful and the resort is nice otherwise. The food is fine, especially breakfast. However, it is SO EXPENSIVE and it seems way overpriced to me.
