Where to start. First we arrived to find this hotel looks like a dump. There is a Dennys inside for god sake. We had roaches (not palmetto bugs) in our room. The toilet was running and leaking. We switched rooms to discover even more rundown room but bug free. An upgrade if dry blood on the wall doesnt bother you. The rooms are sick. I am not picky at all but I must say I wouldnt stay there again for free!! Seriously. I would have taken pictures but my fiancee said she never wanted to revisit the experience ever again.

Although I prefer hotels in walking distance to Duval Street, I was invited to join friends who booked their room here, The first room they put us in had a phone that didn't work, & housekeeping left bleach & mildew remover on the dresser. The second room was better, except for a few things. There was no microwave (which I don't see as a luxury nowadays at all) & a huge rust stain on the side of the toilet. The linens could have been cleaner too. The lobby is nice, but they should have more than one computer for guest's to access the internet. We liked the fact that Denny's in on site too. The heated pool & pool area was also very nice, as well as the view overlooking the water. We found the staff helpful. Make sure you have tranportation if you stay here because it's not very close to downtown Key West.

Once you got past the lobby the surrounds were dirty and rundown. We had problems opening our door and required assistance. The carpet, valance around the windows and bathtub were grimy. I wanted tleave the hotel right then but as we had prepaid, we decided we had no option but to stay. I woke up at dawn with bites on my ankles and legs. When I complained at the front desk they were very helpful and changed out room. In a short period of time there was a knock on the door with equipment to exterminate. This must be a regular occurrence. I have stayed at Radisson hotels before and this hotel gives them a bad name.

We stayed 4 nights at the Radisson Hotel in Key West over the Thanksgiving holidays. We were very pleased with the accomodations. The room was clean, the view of the Gulf was nice, the pool was great and the staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel is located very convenient to the beach, to Highway 1 and to the downtown area. No complaints here only compliments. Definitely would stay at the Radisson Key West again.
