What a great experience! This was our first stay at a Bed & Breakfast and we couldn't have been happier. Koko made our check-in as easy as possible by saving us a parking space right in front of the Seascape. We thought that this was very nice, considering the lack of parking there is to begin with in Key West. He even had 2 cold Corona's waiting for us! Len, the other Innkeeper, was also very nice and knowledgeable of the island as well.
Our room opened directly to the whirlpool and was cosy and clean. It also had a private bathroom/shower and a flat screen TV with a DVD player. The room is also equipped with a CD player/IPOD connection. Just ask the front desk for the wire. Added bonus was a small fridge to keep your drinks nice and cold.
There are also 4 house cats that live on the property. Fang is the biggest cat I have ever seen. He probably weighs 30 lbs! Fred is cute too. His tongue sticks out of his mouth all the time. Not too sure what the names of the other 2 cats were.
Breakfast each morning was delicious. There was a different menu each day. There were bagels, english muffins, scones, cereals, fresh fruits, coffee, juice and mimosas!
We saw beautiful sunsets at Mallory Square and at The Top (located at the Crowne Plaza hotel). We even saw a double rainbow one night. Check out the street vendors at Mallory Square (reasonably priced!) and also the Southernmost Bagpiper.
We were sad to leave after spending 3 wonderful and relaxing nights at the Seascape. We would definitely recommend this B&B to anyone looking to stay in a friendly and amazing place. We are already planning our next stay at the Seascape!
