“Great B&B”

Was very busy last year planning a wedding, so I'm just getting to this review now. What really makes this B&B great is the people! After speaking with Beth over the phone to make the reservation, I knew this was the place to stay. Beth promised to save us a parking space in front of the Seascape and that she did. We never moved our car for the 3 nights we spent there. She even made sure the other couple we were traveling with got a space in front even though they weren't checking in until nighttime. Koko was only there for one day of our trip, so we didn't get to interact with him like everyone else. The location of the Seascape is great - within walking distance of everything, yet quiet and secluded at night. The rooms were always clean and breakfast on the patio was great. The cats were very sweet. Met some really nice people there during our stay while hanging out in the hot tub. Only drawback would be no cool pool to take a dip in on a hot day, however, I think it would be difficult to find one at any B&B in Key West. All in all, a great place to visit. We hope to own a Key West B&B just like the Seascape one day!

What a great experience! This was our first stay at a Bed & Breakfast and we couldn't have been happier. Koko made our check-in as easy as possible by saving us a parking space right in front of the Seascape. We thought that this was very nice, considering the lack of parking there is to begin with in Key West. He even had 2 cold Corona's waiting for us! Len, the other Innkeeper, was also very nice and knowledgeable of the island as well.

Our room opened directly to the whirlpool and was cosy and clean. It also had a private bathroom/shower and a flat screen TV with a DVD player. The room is also equipped with a CD player/IPOD connection. Just ask the front desk for the wire. Added bonus was a small fridge to keep your drinks nice and cold.

There are also 4 house cats that live on the property. Fang is the biggest cat I have ever seen. He probably weighs 30 lbs! Fred is cute too. His tongue sticks out of his mouth all the time. Not too sure what the names of the other 2 cats were.

Breakfast each morning was delicious. There was a different menu each day. There were bagels, english muffins, scones, cereals, fresh fruits, coffee, juice and mimosas!

We saw beautiful sunsets at Mallory Square and at The Top (located at the Crowne Plaza hotel). We even saw a double rainbow one night. Check out the street vendors at Mallory Square (reasonably priced!) and also the Southernmost Bagpiper.

We were sad to leave after spending 3 wonderful and relaxing nights at the Seascape. We would definitely recommend this B&B to anyone looking to stay in a friendly and amazing place. We are already planning our next stay at the Seascape!

He had me at "hello". The Seascape's Manager, Koko, immediately engaged me. I was overworked, sick of winter, had a shoulder injury, intense allergies, having a plain old Pity Party when I made the call. I had never traveled solo before. Koko connected with me right on the phone. He told me I could stay as secluded as I wanted, or I could make as many friends as possible. He was spot on! The Seascape is set up like Melrose Place. My French doors opened up to the hot tub/pool and so did some of the other rooms. You could strike up as many conversations as you wanted, or read a book without being interrupted. The whole decor and vibe was tropical, VERY immaculate. By the middle of my first day, my allergies were history. I rode their bicycle all over the island, in fact two merchants thought I was a local. That's how integrated with Key West Koko makes you! I left clear-headed, energized, relaxed and rejuvenated. Plus, I made a mental note to take this sabbatical every year. It's absolutely necessary. Feeling harried? Call Koko!

Make no mistake about it, this is the place to stay in key west. Every review is true. I almost thought the reviews were exaggerated, they are not.You can stay a week at the seascape for the price of a day in a stuffy resort hotel. The staff and owners are wonderful. The location is great. The experience is of a life time.

“A Great Place to stay”

"Enter as Strangers leave as friends" says the sign hanging on the wall. Seascape Tropical Inn is the place to stay when in Old Town Key West. Owners, Beth & Chris have done a great job with carrying out that qoute with the staff they have chosen and accomindations they provide. We think the greatest feature of the Inn is thier manager KoKo. During our stay KoKo took a very personal interest in our needs while staying at the Inn. From shopping special diet needs for the breakfast they served, making special reservations at his favorite mexican restraunt
The rooms are well kept and the pool is warm! Just the place to stay when you want to have the feel of home but the royal treatment while on vacation
