We rented the entire Jasmine House for our wedding week in Key West. The place is beautiful, well-kept, and worth every penny. The dining and living area were perfect for welcoming our wedding guests. It is stocked with all the dishes and glasses you will need. The back porch area was absolutely wonderful, I ended every evening enjoying the hot tub and the beautiful lights that lined the back fence.

The innkeeper was friendly and helpful, and even let us mail boxes to the house before we arrived to save us having to carry it on the plane.

The location is perfect as you are half a block off of Duval Street, yet it is private and quiet. No car is needed!

I would suggest that if you rent the Jasmine House that you rent the entire ground floor as it might feel awkward sharing the bottom floor with other guests.

The Jasmine House was perfect for our needs. We already plan to return for our one year anniversary!

We stayed in the treetop suite for Fantasy Fest week. The suite was very private and well taken care of and very clean. The location is close and perfect for all the excitement on Duval, but very quiet and relaxing when it is time to escape the crowds. There was a CVS just down the road to get all your supplies and also a bike and scooter rental within great proximity. Would highly recommend this guest house.

Just realized I forgot to post about Jasmine House.

To date this is the nicest place we have stayed at. Had the pleasure of spending 9 days there in May that made us feel like we owned the place.

We had the Honeymoon suite. It's located at the back ouf the house. It has a country kitchen with everything you would need. Full size fridge, dish washer, stove, microwave, plates glasses, silverware and even spices, coffee and sugar.

The living room area is a nice size with a Couch and table and a nice lazyboy chair. Nice size tv and dvd player. It has a killer stereo system with speakers in the ceiling. They even have cd's to listen to.

From the livingroom the bathroom is between there and the bedroom. It's small but not too small and they provide a hair dryer.

The bedroom is a nice size and the bed is very comfortable. It has an open closet which has a safe inside it.

Now for our favorite part......the outside (Private) living area. We would actually leave the bars early just to get back to it. The back porch area has a wicker couch and 2 chairs with cushions, There's a hammock (slept in it one night) and also a brand new grill.

The best part was the private (wear your birthday suit private) jacuzzi. We spent so much time in their that we were bsiclly prunes lol. There is even an awning attached to the house that rools out and covers the back deck for additionl privacy from the upstairs rooms but better yet covered the furniture when it rained.

The house is soooooo quiet and probably is because it's next to a church. It's an easy walk to the north or south end of the island. It's a block off Duval in the 800 block.

The property manager Dennis is such an awesome guy. Very welcoming and bends over backwards to make sure your stay is wonderful.

This is a place that I think anyone would enjoy staying at. It will make your Key West stay so much more memorable.

“Nice place -”

Me and my husband stayed in the Garden Suite. It was great the first couple of days. I'm pretty certain the owner took the advice from previous guests regarding some prior concerns. They added an awning over the deck so the guests in the tree-top suite couldn't look out their window and see you below so that was great. The house is in a super location. There is no need to rent a car. I do however, need to share some not-so-great news. The "innkeeper" met us when we arrived, he was great and cleaned our room daily for the first three days of our stay. However, when we returned to our room one afternoon, we were sadden to find our innkeepr had fallen down the stairs and injured himself. He was obviously intoxicated, as you could smell him from down the hall. Now, I know when you visit key west you expect to see a lot of intoxicated people, however I don't expect it from the staff of the place where I'm staying. After that incident, and during the rest of our stay, our room was never cleand. We had contacted the owner, because like normal human beings, we were generally concerned. They assured us that they had someone lined up to take care of the turn-down service while the innkeeper was in the hospital but no one ever came. We were just kind of disappointed. If it wasn't for that experience, we would plan on staying there again. However, we already started looking for different places stay for our next trip. If I find out that they have a new innkeeper or change management, I would definitely stay there again.

The incident that was reported to me was unfortunate. I was out of town when it occurred; but, the situation was rectified upon my return. The person involved is no longer in our employ and procedures have been revised. I can assure my future guests that I will take extra precautions to provide the service they deserve. Fully, 1/3 of the cost of the Suite has been remitted to the guests with my deepest apologies. Thank You, Linda Condon - Innkeeper

We stayed with 2 other couples from June 17 thru the 24th. We booked the whole downstairs. What a lovely place!!! Linda (the owner) and her son Quinn were the best. She thinks of every little thing, we brought all kinds of stuff thinking we would need it, she supplied everything but food. She even supplied laundry detergent!! The rooms were nicely decorated and very comfortable, great kitchen and dining area. We spent most of the time on her back deck and fell in love with it. My husband spent alot of time on the hammock. :) We felt like we were home and we are already talking about how soon we can get back. It is located 1 block off of the 800 block of Duval. Perfect location.
