Me and my husband stayed in the Garden Suite. It was great the first couple of days. I'm pretty certain the owner took the advice from previous guests regarding some prior concerns. They added an awning over the deck so the guests in the tree-top suite couldn't look out their window and see you below so that was great. The house is in a super location. There is no need to rent a car. I do however, need to share some not-so-great news. The "innkeeper" met us when we arrived, he was great and cleaned our room daily for the first three days of our stay. However, when we returned to our room one afternoon, we were sadden to find our innkeepr had fallen down the stairs and injured himself. He was obviously intoxicated, as you could smell him from down the hall. Now, I know when you visit key west you expect to see a lot of intoxicated people, however I don't expect it from the staff of the place where I'm staying. After that incident, and during the rest of our stay, our room was never cleand. We had contacted the owner, because like normal human beings, we were generally concerned. They assured us that they had someone lined up to take care of the turn-down service while the innkeeper was in the hospital but no one ever came. We were just kind of disappointed. If it wasn't for that experience, we would plan on staying there again. However, we already started looking for different places stay for our next trip. If I find out that they have a new innkeeper or change management, I would definitely stay there again.

We stayed with 2 other couples from June 17 thru the 24th. We booked the whole downstairs. What a lovely place!!! Linda (the owner) and her son Quinn were the best. She thinks of every little thing, we brought all kinds of stuff thinking we would need it, she supplied everything but food. She even supplied laundry detergent!! The rooms were nicely decorated and very comfortable, great kitchen and dining area. We spent most of the time on her back deck and fell in love with it. My husband spent alot of time on the hammock. :) We felt like we were home and we are already talking about how soon we can get back. It is located 1 block off of the 800 block of Duval. Perfect location.

We recently returned from a family trip to Key West. There was a total of 4 couples so we booked the entire place; including the tree top suite. The house and gardens were immaculate. It was also a great location. The bike/moped rental shop was a block away. Small grocery stores and CVS were close by which made it very easy to get the items we forgot at home or ones needed for a bbq on the patio.
It was about a 1/2 mile to the Southernmost Beach and Pool, being only a block away from Duval it was a very easy trip home from the bars at night. Being as close as it was to Duval you would expect more nose, but it was very quiet.
We're already planning our trip back for next year!

The Jasmine House is a great place to stay while visting Key West. I enjoyed how quiet,private, and clean the entire house is. The house has a perfect location to enjoy shopping,
going to the beach,the pier,bars, and restaurants. I would absolutely go back to the Jasmine House to stay!!! : )
