We had tried before to book Marrero's but it always was full when we wanted to stay... now we know why!

We aren't the B&B types; the more services the better..that's our point of view! They changed our view point! We couldn't of had more attention; more personalized service if we were staying at the Ritz!

The atmosphere is relaxed,comfortable, and receiving! They honestly make you feel like more than a guest... well like the good side of the family!

The location is spot-on for partiers yet the rooms must have sound partitions as we never heard a thing and YES no one complained about us! Well it is Key West!

We don't write compliments Marrero's is an exception!

Professional operation by management (John). This is a great place with perfect location just off Duval. All the guests were friendly and a nice group to spend a few days with. Everyone loves the continental breakfast, relaxing on the front porch or at the pool. A first for my wife and I, the clothing optional pool was the friendliest spot there. All couples, no children allowed. We met many interesting people and the entire stay was very pleasant. Plenty of towels, clean rooms made daily, dishes are washed as soon as you put them down.
We will be back.

We stayed in room #20 and it was exactly as pictured on the web site. The pool was pristine, perfect tempurature and really clean with nice towels always available. We enjoyed everything, the continental breakfast with fresh fruit, pastries, juice and coffee, lounging by the pool, moving our sorry fannies out of pool chairs and cleaning up for happy hour. We ended up totally relaxed and can't wait to return. John was lovely as was Alecia, we found them available if we needed them and unobtrusive most of the time. The honor bar by the pool was also great (although I wish he'd throw in at least one fancy beer - Heineken?). We also really enjoyed talking to the other guests, everyone we met was enjoying their stay and having a great time in Key West. One last long winded note - the location of the mansion is perfect for getting quickly to all the main attractions - Duval is half a block away and from there you are about 4 blocks to Mallory Square, Right around the corner is the Green Parrot wih great music at night!.

Our 4 day stay at Marrero's Guest Mansion was THE most enjoyable experiance of our entire Florida vacation. Location was great, the pool was a very welcome and relaxing site after a hot day of Rum Runners, shopping and snorkling. Very clean; and John our host, was very informative on the best places to eat and drink. We will be back. Did I mention it has a haunted past?
