Excellent location, friendly service, walking distance from mayor siteseeing. Got the wrong price but it was Yahoo's.com outdated prices. Staff was great and the room was right for the money. We arrive a few hours before check in and the room was waiting for us, they were so kind to let us into the room before time. Will definitelly stay again.

This is the second time we have stayed at this motel. We will stay there again. We like the fact that it is not right down town, but is within easy walking distance of Duvall street as well as the beaches.

This Motel is older, the rooms are a little musty, but all in all it is a great value.

Great location, walk distance (15min) to Duval street and to the beach. Large room with AC, fan, a small fridge and WC & Shower in our room, It was very clean.

The price was right at $89.00 a night. The residential neighborhood is very nice. Just a couple of blks from world famous Duval Street.

The older gentleman who checked me in was very polite and did a good job as a concierge. He rented me one of the bicycles they had on the property. It was great to explore the island on.

The room was a little dated. The bathroom was small. But the airconditioner worked and everything was clean. I did'nt need much more. There wasnt any wireless in the room but there was internet in the pool area and in front of the hotel.

The grounds are immaculately kept and beautifully landscaped. The pool is small but sparkling blue. I had it all to myself for a couple hours one afternoon.

I have a Masters in Hotel and Tourism Management, so I am quite critical of hotels and customer service. I had no complaints here. I totally enjoyed my stay at the El Patio and Key West. Go ahead and book a room here.
