Found this on the net and pictures looked great so I booked too quickly. We are pretty well traveled but, unfortunately, did not read the reviews ahead of time like we always do. Since we were only staying one night, we thought we could stand anything for one night.
1. No sheets/pillow case for pull out sofa. Found out at 9:30 that night and office was closed. Manager left a cell phone number to contact after hours. No call back...not even the next morning to apologize.
2. Rug in the entire apt was DISGUSTING, stained and 30 years old. Wore my flip-flops the whole time in the room. Pieces of broken glass found on carpet in middle of living room (guess they didn't vacuum before we checked in).
3. Sliding glass door took 15 mintutes of wrestling to try to lock.
4. Walls were in desperate need of painting. Chips/dents in walls.
5. Inside of fridge was rusty.
6. Switches to fans/lights broken. No light to even read by in the bedroom.
Overall, horrible room.
Pool was decent but a lot of construction going on. Hotel allowed pets and I smelled dog poop when we walked around outside.
I would not recommed this place at all. I complained upon checkout about all of this but who knows what will be done. There was certainly no mention of any sort of compensation made. We paid $220.00 for this room....WAY too much for this dump.
Look elsewhere for a room.
