Stayed in suite 516 with another couple and found it to be spacious, clean, and comfortable. The people at the Alexander were a wonderful group. Always cheerful and always willing to help. Ate at Shula's and no matter what a few reviews say, the one thing I can say is you really get your money's worth. Service was excellent. As for Debby, the owner of 516 , she couldn't have been a better hostess, always willing to help and answer any questions about her suite. It was a great stay. Pools were just fine and you can walk for miles on Miami Beach. I would definitely go back and stay there again.

The hotel was nice in terms of having quiet. It is further down on Collins on "Millionaire's Row". If you are looking to be where the actions is, then this is not the hotel for you. If you are looking for a relaxing time this IS the hotel for you.

The hotel staff was very nice and helped out with everything we needed. We were down there July 4th weekend, and the hotel was FULL! There is a valet parking which is great, when you walk out of the hotel, you show your ticket and your car is brought to you ASAP!

The rooms were HUGE, we had a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom suite, and for the two of us it was perfect, my cousin had her own space and I had mine. The thing that could be improved was the kitchen, it could be a little more modern, and the bathrooms, other than that....THUMBS UP!

we travel alot truout the world, and this alexander all suite oceanfront hotel is very different , you feel like you are a guest in a home not a hotel it has very spacious smartly figured out suites bright and airy, concrete walls no noice from other rooms , very solid and classy clean hotel with plenty of ameneties and top rated spa, very freindly staff we would come back again and again
