Let me start by saying that a true foodie would enjoy everything about this dining experience. The manager/waiter/host Patrick is a true perfectionist. Every dish, every bottle of wine every detail of the decor has been hand picked by him. There is an interesting story attached to each. Patrick emooozes class and has a great sense of humor with deapan deleivery. He was a highlight for our group which is saying a lot because the food was fantastic! I will quickly list what we had but it will probably change by the time you get there. If the avocado/quinoa dome is there, I highly recommend it. Lobster risotto, awesome! Lamb, amazing! Scallops, perfection!Patrick said the beef was boring and it was only on the menu because he had to had a beef dish. Don't let that fool you. It was incredible! Rest assured Patrick will be honest with you about everything and can guide your taste buds and your wallet, in the right direction. Desert was excellent, molton lava cake, raspberry lemon tart, lavender creme brulee were all terrific! If you have a chance, and he's not too busy, ask Patrick to show you the pool and garden. You can actually stay in the hotel if you wish. We didn't see the rooms but I'm sure they were great. If you want a cheap meal, then go somewhere else. However, we were happy to pay a premium for our experience. If I ever go back to Miami, I will definitely return for another special experience. Say hi from the 5 Dad's from Toronto! Bon appetit!!!!
