This conveniently located hotel is not the newest, but it was clean and comfortable, especially the bed. There were cookies in the lobby, reasonably-priced snacks and drinks and check in and check out were the fastest we've ever experienced. We had a king room with a small fridge, microwave, desk and sofa, and though the bathroom was small, it was certainly fine for us. We would definitely stay there again.

The Front desk folks are great. They are friendly and efficient.

The bartenders are great as well.

The restaurant hostess and a waitress were rude to guests. They were unprofessional and uncompromising. The waitress was loud and ugly to a family that had misunderstood their seating directions, and the hostess actually took food away from two little girls in the confusion. Afterwards, they loudly talked about their guests when they had left the area.It was one of the most unprofessional and uncomfortable experiences I have ever seen. I wanted to eat and just get out of there as fast as I could. A hotel should never make their guest feel unwelcome or uncomfortable. Never staying here again, ever.

The room was fine, however the hostess and the restaurant waitress were rude and offensive. The breakfast area was very busy and a young father with two young girls were directed to a table and chairs in an area that adjoined the breakfast area. The two girls got a bowl of cereal which they proceeded to eat, the hostess walked up to the little girls and actually snatched their food away. The father who had walked away was quite upset when he learned that the hostess had taken away the children's food. The hostess was very unprofessional in the manner that she handled the situation. She involved another waitress who joined in the yelling match and the entire restaurant was disturbed. I have never witnessed anything like the behavior of these two women in a so called "hospitality" business.
