We were with our kids, age 5 mth and 21/2 year old plus my mother and sister. We stayed for one week and were quite confortable overall.
Room: 2 bedroom villa had a screened in porch which is fantastic on a beautiful day. We felt safe leaving kids running around freely even with the patio door open. (which is facing an artificial lake with a fountain). Decoration was colorful tropical design. NOt so crazy about carpeted floor but the sofa was confy. Rooms were good size. The second bedroom with 2 double beds suited us well. Kitchen was well equipped with all neccessary hardware. Thank god I broung my own dishwasher detergent, salt, pepper, and all other accessories because there were none in the room.
Pool: Only the main near the new section is worth while. They tried but we were still located quite far. Do ask for a unit close to the main pool because the older ones are no good and not kids friendly. Not to mention the new one looks nice with a fall and sloped in pool.
Convenience store: Drive out and get what you want rather using the one on the property loated next to the pool. If you don;t have a car, I still think it is worth while to at least go out of the main gate and walk across street to buy the goods. Half price.
Staff; nice staff. Don't have any complaint. EVen throught out the presentation, they are quite nice with it.
Resort amenities: In general, I would prefer to have a nice playground for the kids. That was lacking.
Location: literaly 5 mins from Disney. Very convenient. Also less than 10 min drive from Kissimmee so to buy cheap items and eat in well priced restaurants.
Do need a car to get around. I always use Alamo which I found had many good last minute deals which comes to around $200 US for the week.
Hope this helps.
