We have just returned from a 3 night stay over the 4th of July weekend. We had a 3 bedroom condo. The good: the condo was spacious and clean. Very modern and well equipped kitchen. Large bathrooms. Great flat screen TVs in every room. Excellent Publix grocery store right down the street. Convenient to Sea World and Universal, a bit further to Disney but not bad. BUT, as they say, the devil is in the details. Towels were so old, small and threadbare they looked like they were picked up at Goodwill. Bed covers and sheets were motel-quality - scratchy, cheap, and a little gross. The mattress in the master bedroom was so thin we could feel the springs (literally). There were only blinds on the windows, which did nothing to keep out the light. It was so bright at night due to the parking lot lights that we ended up covering the windows with blankets. The toiletries provided (soap, shampoo) were also motel-quality. This place could be so much better with upgraded bedding, linens, window treatments, and toiletries. A final note - the pool is very attractive, but far too small to accomodate the large number of units. It was so crowded that it was uncomfortable - nothing like no personal space in a swimming pool! (Although we were there for a holiday weekend, which could make a difference.) In sum, calling it luxurious just because it is clean and spacious is very much a stretch. C+ overall.

We appreciate all of the comments we received from our guests, and continue to strive to deliver excellent guest service and above expeceted guest satisfaction. Our Standards overall are well above what normal quality is expected; we consider our a "luxury" resort because we offer a luxury product. We try to please all of our guests but sometimes providing the highest "tread count" that somepeople expect it is not possible due to the high costs to operate. Also we always ensure that as a condo resort, the unit owners provide the highest standards for our guests, and Millenium Management strict rules, works hard to enforce these. 99% of our guests reviews reflect these standards, and we will continue to deliver consistently to our guests.
