We stayed at the Quality Inn Plaza the weekend before X-mas. We found the room to be clean and quite. The grounds were well maintained. Check inn was quick and easy. The only drawback was the one way nature of the parking lot, if you cant find a parking space you have to circle all the way around. The motel was pretty crowded the weekend we were there so parking spaces were hard to come by. All in all our stay here was pleasant, we were not in the room that much. The room had a microwave and refrigerator, which we did not use.

We stayed at the Quality Inn Plaza for 2 weeks in November and realy enjoyed our time there. Granted, we didn't actually spend that much time in the room as there's far too much other stuff to do in Florida then stay in the hotel all day! It has everything you need in the room for a comfortable stay, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, iron and ironing board. The rooms were cleaned daily and the pool area was always kept very clean. We were in block A which was quite near the I4, but to be honest I never had any problems sleeping at night as was too tired from the parks and shopping!The best thing I think about this hotel though is the location. It's located in the middle of international drive so not very far from the shopping outlets. The hotel also puts on a free shuttle bus to Busch gardens and universal which comes in handy if you haven't got a car. They do a free shuttle in the evenings that goes to universal which gave us the opportunity to go to Citywalk at night to experience more restaurants bars and a Cinema.
As long as you're not looking for anything luxurious, and you just want a base with a great location, I would recommend this hotel. I would definitely stay here again if we went back to Florida.

Apparently this hotel was having a party in their lounge but the music was so loud that no one could sleep. At 11:15 pm, we called the front desk and asked if the music could be turned down. They said it would be off by 11 - 11:30 pm. We stated that it was already 11:15 but they did not care. We called back over 5 times but the front desk would not pickup our calls. This lasted until after 2 am. After not getting much sleep, we went to check out and asked for a manager. Each manager had an excuse and/or a flat out lie. One even said she was there till after 2 am and said the music stopped when they said it did. Another manager stated that we should have woke the kids up and checked out at 2 AM!!! They did not offer much assistance and I would definately not recommened this place to anyone!

They do not care about their customers, especially if they do not answer their phones from your room.

My family and I have stayed at this hotel twice now and have just booked for a third.
It is clean well run but basic. There is everything you need to hand and the hotel rooms have microwave and fridge.
If You are visiting orlando to do the parks and see shamu ect, this is an ideal hotel, Yes it is one of the cheaper ones on i-drive but by no means the worst.
You leave your hotel room at 9 get back in midnight or earlier you just want your bed anyway. This is no means the hilton so if you are wanting hilton standards then pay for it.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone its fab.
