Stayed at the Crowne Plaza Resort for 2 nights, would definitely recommend the hotel, very clean, front desk staff were superb and the rate was very good.

One tip, if you are going to have breakfast there allow plenty of time, whilst the quality of food is good the service is a little slow.

Just checked out of the hotel. The facility was on par with Crown Plaza but the room service was terrible. Had to wait over 1 hour for delivery of coffee and bagels. Had to make 3 calls to get it then. Delivered without cups, sugar, cream or spoons. The tray still had food from the previous delivery. Had to call to get it corrected, and that took 20 minutes. Not worth the $19 charge.

The hotel was not busy and it was not due to a large amount of orders.

Told the desk staff and was told that a manager was not available and they would pass on the comment.

This hotel needs to train on customer service.

Great hotel, centrally located. I checked in late at night. The front desk was quick and helpful. I requested extra pillows and they had them in the room two seconds later. Room was updated and clean with free internet. Hotel was quiet, secure, and had free self parking. I enjoyed my stay.

We stayed at the Crowne Plaza during spring break 2008. Our stay was very nice. The hotel room was neat and clean, beds are comfy, etc. Surprisingly, the hotel was not crowded at all. Many times we had the pool (it is heated) all to ourselves. The hotel is just 2 miles away from Sea world and a short drive to Disney. Other restaurants are just a few miles down the road. You will need a car if you stay at this location. If you are looking for a hotel that is away from all the hussle and bussle of busy Orlando, book this hotel.
