We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

For the price (£28/ngt) I don't think you can go wrong.

We had a room overlooking the pool. There was a king sized bed and still plenty of room.

The breakfast is very basic (cereal, muffins & a danish) however it is more than enough. You have free internet access in the lobby

The gym was very small but then we were on holiday so it was a good excuse not to use it!

The pool was a fair size and has a really nice view of the lake. There is also a steakhouse on site but we never went to this.

There were signs of some building working going on at the fair side of the hotel, so if you are going before the end of the year then I would recommend getting a room with a pool view.

We had a problem with the toilet however this was fixed within 20minutes of reporting it.

It is easy to find on highway 19 and is about a 30 minute drive from Clearwater and about an hour to Busch gardens. (due to heavy traffic).

Over all it was a very nice stay and was more than happy with this hotel.

Nice clean, large room and beautiful large balcony with view of canal. Beds could be more comfy. Also, i noticed every time we took a bath or shower, the carpet just outside the bathroom would be soaked, as well as the carpet along the wall, next to the tub. So i guess the place needs some attention; the restaurant area is closed, undergoing renovations to house the new restaurant opening soon, we're told.

Complimentary continental breakfast consists of cereal, milk, orange juice, coffee, packaged danish and muffins. Not much but enough to give you a small start.

All in all, it was a good deal for the money, as long as they do some work and don't let it get worse.

This place served our purpose but that's about it. The room was a decent size, and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was pathetic. Nothing was left when we arrived (an hour before the breakfast ends). I told the front desk and they took their time to replenish. ALl the breakfast consists of is packaged danish and muffins (which are pretty bad), cereal, OJ, coffee and tea. We only stayed 2 nights, the 2nd morning we went out for breakfast. If i visit the area again, I'd look into other possibilities. There are dozens of similar type places in the area.

this hotel is great for kids, ask for a poolside room, we got one easily, staff were really friendly and helpful, location and design of hotel are attractive, not luxurious, but good value
