We are finishing up a great week at Pointe Santo on Sanibel. David Shobrook's E45 was absolutely great. The condo is very tastefully appointed and we loved the fact that it sits directly on the beach. The rooftop deck was an added plus as we ate some meals there and enjoyed the views daily. It is truly one of the nicest condo's we have ever stayed in.

Pointe Santo is a very nice complex. It is extremely clean and, in our opinion, perfectly located on the island. Being beach people, we never used the pool but it looked great. The gas grills are also a nice feature..

My family and I just arrived home after a wonderful stay at the Pointe Santo de Sanibel complex and we had a magnificent time! We stayed in Condo D31, which was the most beautiful condo we have ever stayed in and we have stayed in many! From the moment we walked in, there were beautiful mirrors all around and the condo was decorated beyond perfection! There were many island pictures, seashell lamps, beautiful wicker chairs, etc. that made you feel good just being there. There was a beautiful plasma TV with high definition and many cable channels. My husband really enjoyed it! Being on the lanai was wonderful - looking down at the beautiful surroundings and taking in the feel of paradise! The beach was amazingly beautiful and the pool was a lot of fun! It was nice that times were set aside for adult swim only, as there many kids in the pool most of the time. We saw the Shell Museum, which was very interesting. The restaurants in the area were wonderful! We especially enjoyed CheeBurger, CheeBurger (their shakes are a must), Matzulana's, The Jacaranda and The Bubble Room. The Bubble Room (in Captiva) was a fun and interesting restaurant - a must-see while in the Sanibel area! We loved everything so much that we're planning to come back to Sanibel next year and continue where we left off on this trip!

Wonderful place to stay. We booked our stay through Premier Properties. They were very accommodating. We needed a beach umbrella and grilling utensils and bam, they had it for us. :)
There was something to do for all my children ages 4-16 years old. Volleyball on the beach, craft making at the clubhouse, and afternoon ice cream sundaes, something for all ages. My husband and I enjoyed Over Easy for lunch and Timbers for dinner. Both places were a hop, skip, and jump away. I would defiantly would go back again.

This is our 6th or 7th year at Pointe Santo...we've been so many times I have lost count! It is by far the best condominium complex on Sanibel. Every year we "scope out" others but every year we return to Pointe Santo. It's centrally located on the island so you are biking distance to shopping, eating, movies, and the nature preserve. The grounds are beautiful...lush and shady...and my compliments to the maintenance crew because it always looks freshly manicured. We have stayed in buildings B, C, and E...we finally made it to the front row this year! The views are great no matter what building you are in. We have stayed in different units each time and never been disappointed. This year was our favorite though. We stayed in E45 which was beautifully decorated, has a rooftop deck, and is oceanside! We love Sanibel and Pointe Santo and are already planning next year's trip!
