The rooms are fantastic - fully-equipped with everything you'll need. Bryan and his able staff are friendly and truly make sure your stay will be an enjoyable one. A breath of fresh air in a world full of cookie-cutter major chains - do not hesitate to stay here! You will not be disappointed!!

I stayed here the weekend of July 6 .Was in town for a wedding and could not have been more comfortable.The room was clean and spacious,decorated very nicely.This is not a cookie cutter motel,but an older remodeled one with lots of character,very laid back.Bryan,the host was most personable and helpful.The pool and grounds were immaculate,always fresh towels available with comfortable lounge chairs,gas grill available for use and conveniently located close to grocers and restaurants.

We arrived at the South Beach Place for a two night stay on Friday, June 29, 2007. Our party included 4 adults and 1 infant. We found the accomodations most enjoyable and comfortable, the neighbors very friendly, and Bryan, a wonderful host. We booked two rooms and found both very nicely decorated and very well kept.
South Beach Place is easily accessible, yet out of the way. We were just a very short walk from the beach, which has well constructed access to preserve the sand dunes. The beach is wide and clean with lots of seashells to pick over.
There are a number of restuarants located just a 2-3 blocks south of the motel, within easy walking distance.
We will certainly return!

My sister and I arrived at South Beach place on June 1, 2007 for a very brief two night stay and absolutely adored this property. We arrived before check in and Brian, one of the owners made sure that our two rooms were ready. Upon entering rooms 201 and 204, we were greeted with fresh flowers and fruit baskets. What a nice touch!

The rooms were absolutely adorable, individually decorated with a living/dining area, kitchenette and bedroom. Very comfortable, artsy and eclectic. Other touches included candles and nice toiletries.

The outdoor areas were well landscaped with a beautiful pool and it is directly across from the best beach in Vero.

I have stayed many places in Vero Beach and this pretty much tops them all. You may pay more at the others and feel that they are more "upscale," but you will not find the personal service, ambience and general congeniality of Brian and his dog, Sunny anywhere else.

My only reget, I could not stay longer! I will return as soon as possible and recommend that you give this place a try.
