My son and I stayed at the Hilton Singer Island for three nights. We were in town for the Cardinals spring training. This hotel is not worth the room rate. Our room (with two double beds) was terribly small. There is no safe in the room. The room was horribly dirty. So dirty, I actually went out and bought a container of Clorox wipes. This is not something I want to have to do when I'm in town for a baseball weekend. But, I'm glad I did. Tons of crud came off the bathroom counter. There was a pill of some sort on the floor of our room for our entire stay. It was never picked up or vacuumed up. The ceiling vent literally fell out of the ceiling when I opened the closet door. Both my son and I noticed that the beds felt sticky and sandy. I know that sounds disgusting, but I'm just telling you what we experienced. When we were in town, the West Palm Beach area was having unusually cold temperatures. We never could get the heat to properly function in our room. The control was difficult to operate. After a hard push, it kicked in and then operated at a volume so loud it was difficult to sleep. And then there's the paper thin walls. We could hear our "neighbor" so clearly we might as well have been in the same room with him. Our view was of a hotel under construction next door and a roof top. I would never recommend nor stay at this hotel again. One saving grace: the hotel restaurant, Coconuts on the Beach, was pretty good.

Family of 5 stayed for 4 nights.

Pros:
- Nice beach but chair rental was costly $30/day
- Nice pool, clean

Cons:
- We booked a room for 5 people but when we got there, our room was only big enough for 4 (2 full size beds, no sofa bed). We requested we be moved to a larger room but were told they were sold out. Then we asked if we could get a pull out bed for our son but were told that the room was too small. So we asked them how 5 were supposed to sleep in the room. We were told to have our son sleep on the armchair/ottoman which he tried for one night. Ended up sleeping 3 in one bed.
- Room was not cleaned on our second day
- The A/C unit in our room leaked a lot of water on to the carpet
- Our view was of a nice large satellite dish
- No kids channel on TV (no Disney/Nickelodeon/Cartoon)
- Spa pressure was weak
- Our daughter was sick (high fever) so we asked the Front Desk to direct us to a medical center. They sent us to a Chiropractors office who told us that the Hilton had been sending them patients incorrectly for years.

We stayed at this property for 4 nights. It was a pleasant hotel with a standard resort environment. Our room had an oceanview with sliding doors for access to the outside. The room itself was comfortable and clean. The pool area was rather plain but the pool was large and neatly kept. It had a nice dining area located outside which included a bar and entertainment. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet which featured an omelet stand, fresh fruit and waffles. The hotel people were very friendly and worked at making our stay pleasant and hassle free. We saw many families enjoying themselves at the pool and beachside.
I would recommend this hotel for a family get away or relaxing weekend.

We liked this hotel and it's location on the beach. We ate lunch at the restaurant and had a good reasonable lunch with great service. We didn't use the pool but it looked very nice. The room was clean and we had a great view of the ocean. The hotel is a little out of the way and nothing is within walking distance but there are restaurants 10 minutes away by car. A nice place to stay for a good price.
