Stayed at the airport Hilton for one night after a late arrival before checking into a different resort on the beach the next day, but I could see staying here longer. I expected
just a plain hotel with limited ameneties since it is so close to the airport, but was surprised
to see more of a resort type place with a lovely outdoor pool area with hot tub and poolside bar and grill. There was wood decking which led to a large sunning area and dock overlooking a small lake where waverunners could be rented. Towels were provided at the pool.
The room was spacious with comfy beds with down comforters and feather pillows.
The bathroom had Crabtree and Evelyn toiletries and plush towels and the housekeeping
staff made an extra effort to present everything nicely. In the morning we had a buffet
breakfast, included with our rate, which had many out-of-the ordinary breakfast items and
delicious fresh fruit. The Florida grapefruit was delicious. The staff was very pleasant
and courteous.
A complimentary shuttle had picked us up from the airport where there is a courtesy
phone near baggage claim, and then brought us back to the airport to get a rental car for
the rest of our stay. All of the staff was very welcoming and pleasant, and I wouldn't
hesitate to return.

Spent one night down in Palm Beach and had an early flight out the next morning so we chose to stay the Hilton Palm Beach Airport. We weren't disappointed - the room and bathroom were very clean and we had no complaints regarding the service. Didn't eat at the restaurant so I can't comment on the food. The hotel is about a five minute drive to PBI and they provide a 24hr shuttle which is a plus. Also the location of the hotel is ideal because it is right off of I-95.

I arrived late at night after a long flight. Since I had to get up early to drive to my business meeting, I was ready to get checked in and get to bed. Valet parking was already closed, so I had to lug my bags in from the parking lot, which is not very well lit. When I arrived at the front desk, the two female employees there ignored me for 3-4 minutes while they had a loud conversation, yelling and laughing. When one finally did help me, the other yelled over our heads at a co-worker (apparently, a valet parker who wasn't working.) When I got upstairs to my room, the key card didn't work. By this point I was truly exhausted, so I called the hotel from my cell phone. The operator put me through to the front desk. When I explained the problem, the girl at the front desk told me I would have to come down for a new key. I told her that I really was too tired to drag my bags back downstairs and then come back up, and asked if she could send someone up with the room key. She sighed audibly, and 10 minutes later, they brought me a replacement key.
The hotel room was well-appointed and the bed was comfortable, although I spent very little time in it. The room was clean and quiet. Basically, a place to lay my head for about 8 hours, but I probably won't stay there again.

I stay there once in August and once in Spetember. The rooms were average and the staff was helpful. I enjoyed the outside bar and the food was good and priced OK for a hotel.
