The hotel was excellent. Clean, beautiful, nice pool. The problem is our phone didn't work for the entire stay there and on one evening we didn't have running water for 1.5 hrs. This was at the same time we needed to bathe to go to a dinner date. We were extremely upset since no one seems to care we were running late. Another room was finally offered but at the same time the water came back.

We spent four nights at this hotel and had a decent stay overall. I feel like we were a little lucky on the first three nights to have no one next to us. On our last night, we heard several very loud noises from the adjacent (connected by a door) room. Someone had checked in around midnight. We heard every conversation the guy in that room had for the next hour before he went to bed. If it had been my first night, I would have requested a new room. Regular conversations the guy was having on the phone came through the door very clearly. Also, we were on the first floor and our room was constantly full of worms crawling on the floor...yes, worms. It was a minor nuisance, but still annoying to have to kick them out of the middle of the floor the entire weekend.

The room was nice enough, but the bathroom was better. It was all marble, had a tub and separate shower that was very roomy. Our king room did not have a patio. The rooms with patios and balconies had nice views of the golf course and lake.

We booked on the "summer fun" package that included a discount rate and coupons off of the mall, golf and spa. If I had paid full price, I would have been more upset with the conditions.

The facilities were nice...lounge, restaurant, pool, etc. The East Course at Bonaventure CC was nice. Don't bother with the West, it's too short.

We had a one night stay here and arrived shortly after noon and were allowed to check in early. We had a room on the second floor in building 8 and it had a king size bed with nice bedding. The bathroom was quite lovely with a walk in shower in addition to the tub. The Hyatt is alittle hard to get to but once you are there it's very relaxing. We paid $68.00 on priceline bidding 3 days before our visit.

We stayed there prior to out cruise in Miami. We were able to
use it as a base to see Fort Lauderdale and Miami, and it worked very well. If you don't mind driving, it was a nice break from the hustle and bustle of the cities.
