While most folks who go to Orlando are mostly interested in thrills and giant mice, I would encourage everyone to take a day and venture out of the theme parks to see what else is available in the area. The Orlando area has many wonderful museums, of which the Morse Museum is one of the best. Lots of beautiful Tiffany Glass and much, much more. The museum isn't large, but will easily take 1-2 hours.
(Also recommended, and easily fit into the same day trip, are the Polasek Museum, the Menallo Museum of American Art, and the Cornell Museum. With the Science Center, these provided us with a full day of art and interest, and a nice break from the theme parks.[When we were there, except for the Science Center, almost all of the museums were totally empty of guests ... which made us rather sad.]
