This place is great, especially for the price. The staff was really helpful and our rooms were great, total holiday inn quality. The only thing I would say I didn't like was that the hotel had an outdoor corridor, but other than that, it was a really good price for a holiday inn and good service and rooms. Our AC was new, as were the ones most of our friends had, so none of us had any problems with the cooling system (we had 4 rooms). Totally would stay there again. close enough to atl downtown too.

“The rooms are hot”

The lobby is very nice and the rooms are ok, but the rooms were hotter than 400 hells. Management was very nice and offered to put our group into other rooms but it was 11:00 at night and we had a group of 9 year old basketball players with us. ALL 6 rooms we booked were HOT!!! The desk clerk was VERY nice and professional. She deserves better. We all just left at 11:30 and went to the Hilton Garden Inn.

Well we booked a king bed room (113) for 2 nights in Oct. 06, when we got there the desk personel were friendly and plesant.
That pretty much concludes the good part.
When we got to the room the card key didn't work, I went back to the desk and they re-calibrated the card and I went back and still couldn't open the door. A passing attendant came by and tried it herself and then we found out that it only worked if you turn the handle up instead of down. Ok small glitch, more later.

Room was ok, clean a little dated, the matress needed to be replaced badly. TV did not work.
Although the room next to us was unoccupied the TV in that room was on loud and it was on ALL night. 2 light bulbs were out as well. Coffee maker but no cups...

The next morning I went to the desk to complain, I asked if anyone was in room 115 next to us and was told no. So I told him to have someone turn off the TV in there so tonight we could get a good night sleep, and informed him about the lack of coffee cups and the light bulbs and our TV didn't work. He said he would have someone take care of those items right away.

Later that night we returned to find the TV still did not work and we Had 5 bottles of water in the fridg and they were now GONE.
The night manager apoligised and asked if we would like to change rooms, we agreed.
He took us to another room and he couldn't open the door!
Then we paraded back to the desk got another key and paraded to another room and again 'he couldn't open the door!!!"
BTW both rooms had the TV's on loudly.
Those were the last two rooms with a King bed, and if we still wanted to switch rooms it would have to be a double on the second floor. Well forget about it, I said we would take back our original room, it's late and I'm done touring the hotel.

He took off $25 from the bill, and gave us a 50% off our next stay voucher for the next time we came to town. Hmmmmm.

“What a Mess!”

This hotel was the worst I have ever stayed. The front desk workers were rude. Management was a joke; breakfast, lunch and dinner was horrible. How did the cook get a job? Let me warn you, this hotel is uncomfortable, I would not recommend this hotel to my enemy. The pool was dirty and they only had one umbrella at the pool for all the guest at the hotel. The only thing that was decent about this facility was the lobby.

the price was OK, and it was one of the host hotels for the Cowboy Action Shoot nearby, but they need to seriously look at the conditions of their air conditioners. Worked OK the first nite, so-so the 2nd. nite, then got real bad on the 3rd nite. I complained around 6am, and was expecting it to be fixed by the time we returned Sat PM, but it wasn't. They worked on it all afternoon, then assured me it was fixed, so we went to our banquet, returning around 930 to a real hot room. At this point I requested either to get a cool room, or check me out without any charge for that nite so I could find a cool room elsewhere. I was given another room, and it was very satisfactory. However, I doubt I would stay there again, and I am going to recommend that it be removed from the places to stay for the annual shoot. I wasn't the only person with A/C problems as I heard complaints from several other cowboy shooters and from some other guests also. These independantly owned Holiday Inns ain't what Holiday Inn used to be!

Since that date he as done many renovations and upgrades to our hotel.
