Front desk people are not friendly at all... as if they are trained to hate the customers. I found hair in my breakfast everyday... They have a fitness center...but, I wouldn't call it fitness center... They have atreadmill.. That's all...

we selected this hotel from the internet,and it turned out to be fantastic,we had just spend the last two days on amtrak,travelling from utah.The location was great,fine restaurants and shops nearby and the city centre was just a couple of blocks,easily done by walking.The continental breakfast is free and you are spoiled with the choices available.The staff were tops they helped us and were always pleasant.The best thing of all was the cost,even though we booked over the internet,the rate was somewhat cheaper,but never the less,we would stay at this place again,whenever we come back this way.WE used this hotel as the yardstick to compare others on our adventure,sadly not many came close to it.

During my last visit I spent 5 days in this hotel. My room was simple and perhaps small, but it was more than I needed after walking Michigan and State Streets up and dawn all day long! The bathroom was very clean and it had everything a 4-5 star hotel would offer. My room was close to the ice machine and was a little noise when someone used it. Free Breakfast and Internet service were included in the price and I really appreciated that.

We found this hotel to be in an excellent location. Near so many restaurants, just off the magnicant mile, near the EL, beside a cinema. The rooms were clean & we found ours to be the perfect size. it's a little noisey but that's to be expected in a big city. We used the whirlpool a few times & found it very relaxing. The breakfast was the only downfall. Plastic cups, plates, knives & forks. We got a bit sick of it along with the poor choice, cereal, bagels or waffles was all on offer. There's free internet in the lobby which is great. We got a great deal for 5 nights so it was excellent value.
