We went to this hotel in a group of 22. We had to wait 20 mins to get the keys to go up because they weren't ready for us. Then we all go in to go to the 11, 12, or 14th floors but waited 20 mins because the hotel staff was using both elevators. Instead of them using only one. We then walked into the smallest room ever.
On the 2nd day of the 4 days the a/c stopped working. I called and she said it was the battery in the wall unit and it would be fixed. We came back about 2 that afternoon and I called down and told them it is displaying numbers but the unit will nit work. We left and came back about 8. It wasn't working. I called down and the woman at the desk said that there was no one to fix it. So I just waited on the phone and she didn't suggest anything to do, so I asked her "well what are you going to do for me". She said that she would call me back. 30 mins later (when I didn't hear from her) I called back down and she tried to ignore me. So I let it ring about 30 times, the mgr gets on the phone. I asked for at least a fan. She does bring it in about 10 mins. I was hot all night. The next morning I went down and asked the lady at the desk. I wanted to make sure my room was on a list to get the a/c fixed. It wasnt, so I added it. It was fixed by the time we got back hours later.
We also had to get our own wash clothes because I guess u need towels and hand towels but no wash clothes. They didn't pick up the garbage from the floor area but 1 day of the 4. There were hairs in the tub, on the towels, and in the sink.
The good thing about this hotel is the location. It was located near Michigan avenue, a lot of shopping and dinning.

From your comments, we certainly did not give you the service and attention to your problems you deserved as a valued guest. It is our responsibility to ensure that all of the equipment in your room is in good working order. I am very sorry we failed to meet your expectations.
