This is a great hotel if you want no nonsense simple comfort and great service! The staff at the breakfast buffet are wonderful and they remember everything about you! The rooms are tastefully decorated, with IPOD docking stations and wireless internet service. Hands down my favorite "business hotel" in the Deerfield area.

This hotel is very nice. Staff here were very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean everything in this hotel is new. I stayed here for a Naval graduation located at Great lakes boot camp. Which is located about 15 mins way. I would recommend a car rental.This hotel is not located near any attractions. However, for the price and very helpful staff and modern furnishings I would stay here again.If you need to do some shopping there is a mall located about 4 miles away.

We stayed here with a group of friends for a Saturday night. The hotel was very nice. The construction is apparently finished that was mentioned in an earlier post. The rooms were great as they had a nice sitting area where we could sit and visit with our friends. The price was great - only 109.00. I felt very ill during the night and had no tylenol with me and I called the front desk and they brought up some tylenol, pepto-bismol and a bottle of water. Very much appreciated!! I would definitely recommend this hotel!

I'm not a person who expects luxury on a dime and as long as where I stay is in line with what I expect and in line with what I pay, then I'm happy. This hotel fits the bill, but it never really went above expectations either. I stayed at the Hyatt Deerfield with a group of family members for a family occasion.

The main problem with the place is the location. It's in the middle of an office park. There is no view to speak of anywhere. It's just ugly, seriously ugly.

The hotel isn't accessible to much on foot. I'm a walker who loves exploring on foot, but you can't in this neighborhood. That's not the hotel's fault of course, but it did detract from my vacation a bit.

Service was great. In fact I was chatting with my sister-in-law who lives in the area about where the nearest nail salon was and the woman at the reception desk was quick with a recommendation. There was a college football team staying at the hotel and we were worried about the potential noise and asked about which rooms would be farthest away from it. They were happy to offer suggestions and make changes for those of us who wanted it.

The pool and gym are adequate. The pool is glass-enclosed and views the garden in front of the hotel. The water is *cold* though. The last time I stayed at the Hyatt the weather was freakishly hot, so it was nice. However, I had stayed there previously on a chilly, rainy weekend and the cold water was not so pleasant. The gym is decently equipped, but a bit small. There isn't much else to do in the hotel.

Restaurant and bar are in the spacious lobby, which is pleasantly decorated, but I don't know how clean the furniture is. I jokingly lay down on a couch once because I was tired and it smelled like farts.

Restaurant had pretty decent food. I loved the breakfast buffet.

My room was decent sized with standard amenities and a pretty comfortable bed. The bathroom seemed fairly clean, but it wasn't impressive.

I would certainly stay here again when visiting my relatives in the area. It's a nice hotel. I just wish the location was better.
