We were at the Astar over the Thanksgiving Holiday, what a great place. We were there for 2 days and nights. Stayed in the Hotel, every one was very nice. Our room over looked the Ohio River, what a sunset. The Casino was great, they let you play for a longtime. We will return sometime!!

My husband and I recently stayed at the Casino Aztar hotel in one of the jacuzzi suites. The service was wonderful, the hotel clean and well mantained, and our stay absolutely enjoyable. We will definately stay again in the future.

friendly staff at hotel, not at casino. room was not clean and after spending $$$$$ no comp for room.very greedy outfit.

I have stayed at many cascinos. aztar is the only one ,that would not comp rooms, when a cleint spends close to $4000 in 3 days. also, our room was Never cleaned properly, even after we complained to the desk after the first day. the people were as frendly as i have everseen. i hope , for your sake, that you will make some changes. willis simpson card #00737388 good luck!
